The first step is a one-hour strategy session cost $250 ($297 value) that is packed with value in itself. In this session, either in-person or by phone, we’ll discuss your health concerns and goals, and determine what results we can expect and the best way to proceed.

At that point if we decide to move forward, you choose which level of involvement suits you best and we create a personalized program that supports your individual needs.
