The “D” Inventory: Your Tool On The Feminine Path to Weight Loss

I have a question for you: how are you feeling?

Are you ready to drag your fine behind under the bedcovers with the lights out?
Or are you on top of the world, ready to launch into life?

Wherever you’re at right now, here’s the thing:Desire
It is YOUR choice.

You get to choose whether you’re skinny-dipping in an ocean of sparkling “P” (aka Pleasure),
or gargling with a Dixie cup of recycled salt water.

I suspect we’re both leaning toward the ocean of Pleasure here, but sometimes, you may find yourself on the other side of Pleasure, feeling a little… disoriented.
Stuck. Downright cranky!
Not knowing where to go, or what to do.

The question is, in these moments, what can serve as your reliable compass back to feeling great?

Darling, it’s right under your nose.
It’s called the “D” Inventory.
It’s radical, it’s different and it’s a core part of the Feminine Path to weight loss (meaning it’s fun, pressure-free, long-lasting and sensual.)

“D” represents Desire

Desire: verb. 1.To wish for, long for, expect. 2. To await what the stars will bring.
Inventory: noun. 1. A detailed list of goods. 2. A list of what is found.

The Desire Inventory is the precursor to Pleasure.

It’s a list of what lights you up and engages your sense of sight, smell, touch, taste and hearing.

Every woman’s Desire Inventory is as amazingly unique as she is.
There are no right or wrong inventories — it is all about what brings you Pleasure.

I’ll show you mine … will you show me yours?

My Desire Inventory

Getting a massage                                                                Hosting a costume party

Quality time with my girlfriends                                              Manicure/pedicure

Learning to cook Thai food                                                     More bellydance classes

Intimate time with my darling                                                De-cluttering my desk

Going to a breathwork class                                                   Swimming in the ocean

And that’s just a sneak peak at the shortlist!

What’s on your “D” Inventory? I wanna know!

The more you think, talk and wonder about your “D” Inventory, (especially with friends) the better it gets! You can grab a few ideas from my list, from theirs and soon your inventory will be enormous!

“D” Inventory = Your “Pleasure” Blueprint

Your “D” Inventory is your Pleasure blueprint. It’s the divine architecture of what will guide you, instruct you, inspire you to relax into your body’s natural weight, natural shape and most of all, your natural appetite.

How does this connect to weight loss you may be wondering?

Here’s how. When you know what you *really* want, and can distinguish your true deep desires from passing surface itches and impulses, you’ll discover something extraordinary.

You’ll find that what your body truly *desires* is the following: healthy food in nominal portions, physical movement, nurturing touch and outlets for creative expression.

You’ll discover that what she (your female body) DOESN’T want is to feel spaced out, bloated and toxic from too much sugar or salt, lethargic from too much processed food, sedentary from too much sitting, deprived of touch (or sex) or to feel bottled up emotionally and creatively.

Although you may find yourself engaging in those behaviors and it may *seem* like what you want in the moment, if you dig a little deeper, you’ll find it’s not what your body truly *desires.*

The beautiful thing is, the more you explore, pay attention to and feed your true desires, the more your cravings and compulsions for those lesser itch-scratching activities will simply fade away.

And the deeper you dig to reveal your body’s true appetite, the sooner the slim, svelte figure– the one that’s been patiently waiting for you to get in touch with your desires all along–will reveal itself to you as well.

So tell me, what do YOU desire?

I’m chomping at the bit in anticipation of learning what brings you pleasure.

Desiring insight into your Desires,

xo Jena
