The year is spiraling to an end.

Today is the Solstice, the original pagan celebration that gave birth to all the other religious celebrations at this time of the year.
It’s Summer Solstice for half of the world, including from where I am writing to you, my Motherland, Australia, and the Winter Solstice for the other half.

Whether you’re celebrating the shortest day of the year, or the longest, it’s a day to allow yourself to pause from the activities of the mind, and be in awe of the vastness of the big picture of our planet we’re all a part of.

You are a creature of Mother Earth, an expert in balance and sustainability!
You are a sensual and sexual being, as naturally erotic as a sunrise or sunset!
You are the light, you are the dark, you are the spectrum of the rainbow!

Like a flower petal or snowflake, your expression is one of a kind!
Take pride in who you are and set your soul free.
Be the initiator of your own rebirth, again and again.
Go for your dreams, and your visions of a better world.

We are in the together, as a global sisterhood, and I am always cheering you on.

So let’s gather, celebrate, and raise each other up.
