2 Simple Yet Radical Words That Transform Your Female Body

I’m recently back home in New York after visiting the family of my partner Sacha, in the French speaking part of Switzerland, the land where he was born and raised.

A common custom in French speaking parts of the world is to take a moment before eating for everyone to say to each other with a smile: “Bon appetit!”.

Literally, this means “have a good appetite,” but the significance of these 2 words may be deeper than they seem.

Essentially “bon appetit” encourages your desire for food.

The phrase urges to enjoy the process of satisfying your female animal body’s natural hunger.

“Enjoy wanting what you want,” could be another interpretation.

So often in the English speaking world (and elsewhere) we sit down to eat with hesitation.

On a deep level we doubt is it really ok to let ourselves loose at the meal table and to truly enjoy. Is it?

Instead we preoccupy ourselves with so called “appetite control,” a pointless concept because ultimately your appetite is not something that was designed to be controlled.

It was designed to be felt.

It was designed to be lived.

When you truly allow yourself to have a “good appetite” with food, then you can give yourself the same permission to have a good appetite in EVERY area of life.

In your social life, in your sensual life, in your sexual life. In your creative life, in your career life. Everywhere.

Any appetite you discover in yourself, you grant yourself the right to explore.

This kind of free reign that you can give yourself is extremely empowering. Living with a “bon appetit” attitude to life makes everything brighter and lighter, your female animal body included.

Allow yourself to innocently and shamelessly want what you want with food, and you will drop into your body’s core. She, your female animal body already knows what to eat. It’s hardwired into her genes since life on Earth began to know how to nourish herself. She can show you how when you listen more deeply to her.

Feeling at ease and peace with food, is one indicator that goes hand in hand with trusting and loving your female body.

Honestly, it’s the most delicious feeling. Possessing a base of self-love and self-respect for your animal body is an intoxicatingly delicious feeling. It does feel wonderful to feel great about your body and it’s an experience I want every woman to have.
