Growing up as a child, I looked around me with innocent eyes, and everywhere I went I saw women disapproving of their bodies and depriving themselves of pleasure with food as a strategy to make it better.
By the time I was a teenager, barely even a woman, I had begun to do the same thing. And so began a painful drama with food and weight, in which I used every restrictive, punishing strategy I could think of, to correct my body that to me was the wrong size.
Eventually, through my discovery of a completely different approach that I now call the “feminine strategies for weight loss,” I escaped from this hell of bad body image and backlash-binges, and stopped using what I refer to as the “masculine strategy for weight loss.”
Why I have created this training series is because I want to give you a chance to escape once and for all from a painful relationship with food, and disappointment with your body.
