It’s 2015 and the era of blogs, e-readers and MP3s, but yet… the mighty book persists!
There’s an undeniably special feeling about holding a book in your hands. Well, not any old book, but a book whose words jump out from the page, touch your heart and stir your soul.
That’s why, in addition to the many digital offerings I have published up until now, I specifically wanted to distill my wisdom on using pleasure to get everything you want in life into a book.
I wanted to create something that would get passed between friends and family members. Something that would be underlined and written in. Something substantial enough to be life changing, but light enough to carry around comfortably in your bag.
And so I did! Still only a few weeks old, my brand new book is being discovered by women far and wide, of course online, but also in actual real life bookstores around the country. (Yes, they still exist.)
In case you haven’t been to a bookstore lately, I wanted to give you a loving nudge to make a pleasurable pilgrimage to check out my book!
Currently, my book is prominently featured in Barnes and Nobles nationwide in the “Choose Your Diet Bay”, as well as other local bookstores around the country (It’s also in the West Coast pharmacy called Pharmica).
With the weekend upon us, I want to encourage you, if you are in the mood for a great read and a bookstore escapade, to venture out to Barnes and Nobles or another bookseller to pick up a copy of my book, Pleasurable Weight Loss: The Secrets to Feeling Great, Losing Weight and Loving Your Life Today.
