How To Eat Chocolate For Weight Loss

I hope you are having a delicious week enjoying your body!

As it turns out, actually *enjoying* your body and experiencing feelings of well-being and pleasure put your body into the same metabolic states that best facilitate lasting weight loss. Genius, isn’t it. That’s how brilliant your body is.

For that very reason, and because I was recently trained by a famous
French chocolatier on “how to eat chocolate for weight loss,” I’ve made
this week’s video on a pleasure that is near and dear to the hearts of
most women – chocolate.

As it turns out, chocolate can be a weight loss ally, if eaten in a specific
way.

I was raised, as most of us were, to associate guilt with enjoyment. Over
time I realized that the impulse for enjoyment is, on the contrary, not one
to feel guilty about – it’s naturally arising and completely innocent.

It’s only when “enjoyment” is mired with guilt and shame that it morphs
into something totally different – compulsion – at which point it ceases to
be enjoyment at all.

Like Geneen Roth says, “it’s when pleasure ends, that overeating begins.”

In this video you’ll get the how to, and hear the story of Dominique who
used a similar method with staggeringly successful slimming results.

Leave me a comment if your appetite has been whet.

Love,
Jena

P.S. As each day progresses, I’m getting more and more excited as more
and more of the arrangements are falling into place for the upcoming
“Pleasure Camp NYC,” the live 2-day seminar for women taking place at
the Jena Wellness Center. Ticket sales have not officially opened yet, but
you can be among the first to find out more by putting yourself on interest list
here at www.PleasureCamp.com.

  1. absolutely Mast Brothers – most of their flavours, though i do love the spicy ones. And I love RAW Love chocolate too.
And sitting down, taking many many minutes to eat a square of chocolate is indeed one of my favourite things to do xx
    thank you

  2. I love to mix raw cacoa, raw honey, coconut, ground almonds, ground dates, coconut oil, ground goji berries, coconuts, chia seeds (or most any combination of the ingredients) to make a wonderful raw chocolate cake or brownie. And I do thoroughly eating it and best of all – no sugar buzz or craving after – it is sooooo satisfying !

  3. Hi Aamina, wow, your chocolate recipes sound divine. I’m drooling! Yum, yum, yum.
And thank you, Lily, and Sacha. I love the spicy ones too. A friend of mine is the creator of the Raw Love chocolate. I agree, it’s sublime.
    Thanks for commenting,
