It Takes Courage To Love.

One thing I’ve learned through experience, is that it takes courage to love.

It takes courage to love another.

It takes courage to love yourself.

And it definitely takes courage to love your female animal body.

I’m experiencing the courage it takes to love another at present. The man I’ve recently fallen in love with, Sacha, is visiting me in NYC, from his home, the Swiss Alps. There are multiple complicating factors in our love affair and like with everything in life, there are no guarantees.

I am embodying courage by being willing to open to love, without getting caught up in self-created mental loops about what should or should not happen.

I can feel the strength this requires in me to effectively do this.

To be at peace with not knowing what will happen, nor trying to control the outcome, while remaining open to the mysteries of love, uses every ounce of my emotional maturity. And as the wise ones have taught me, that’s exactly what love takes!

The same goes for loving your female animal body, fully and completely, starting now.

Your mind may give you reasons why you shouldn’t, why you can’t, or why it would be absurd to love what you have.

You may imagine that fully loving your body, open-heartedly, will come later, AFTER your fix and improve your body, not before.

But honestly, that’s not real deal love. And it’s not the type of love your one and only female animal body wants and frankly deserves from you.

She doesn’t want to earn your love by fitting into your criteria.

She wants to be loved, as she is, unconditionally.

She wants your loving attention, your curiosity and your willingness to unite, not your control or expectations.

This is just like anyone, woman or man, wants in a love relationship.

If up until now you’ve been thinking that you need to lose weight before you can love and accept your body, OR that being willing to love your body now will kill your motivation to lose weight in the future, then I invite you into this paradigm shift.

Your female animal body will co-operate with you MUCH more when you offer her love FIRST, and are willing to collaborate with her on feeling great and lightening up, SECOND.

Call it backward psychology, or call it the feminine way. No one likes to be reprimanded and cornered in a trap, including your precious female animal.

If you’d like personal support in embracing my feminine approach to having a body you love and adore, and receive the benefits that come from doing so, then I’d LOVE to be of help.

Drop me a line or leave and we can set up a session.
