The wedding of Annie Lalla went extremely well and I’ll post photos for you in FB soon, but today I have another adventure to report to you and another lesson to share.

I had the chance to go behind-the-scenes at Google’s HQ in CA, a massive campus that feeds more than 10,000 people every day, out of over a dozen kitchens, to see what “brain food”
that they’re feeding their employees. And I have to admit–I was impressed.

The reason I had access to the to-die-for Google snack bar was because
my hubby, Michael Ellsberg was there speaking in the “Authors at
Google” series, in light of his new book, The Education of Millionaires,
about to be released from Penguin any day now.

In this video I’ll introduce you to a smorgasbord of good snack suggestions
and lunch ideas, so that you can make it easily, pleasurably and healthily
through your work day without turning to junk food because you’re starving
and it’s the easiest thing on hand.

Plus at the 2 min 39 sec mark you’ll see something about the Google
staffroom that I would have thought was only an urban myth, but I
discovered, is actually real.

Incidentally Michael’s talk went really well, and the buzz on his book is
building exponentially as it will be released in 8 days.

He’ll be the first to admit couldn’t have written the book with such ease,
(and stayed slim in the process,) if it wasn’t for great nutrition and other
