The Best Way To Control Your Cravings

When I was struggling with cravings, I’d wish they’d leave me alone and in peace. I wished I could control them, plain and simple.

I felt like my failure to control my cravings was a sign of my own personal failure, a depressing thought that would only trigger more cravings, and would sent control scuttling down to stairs and far out of sight!

Eventually I learnt some tools that helped me to navigate this murky territory, and I made a quick video for you to show you where to begin.

  1. This is a great video, Jena! You are so clear in your communication and your message is incredibly positive. Remembering to breathe is a huge problem for me, so I’m going to remember this video and your challenge each time I eat this week. I know when I breathe I tend to be more connected to what my body really wants and that helps me stay away from the chips and chocolate. Thanks for posting this!
