The Surprising Solution to Weight Loss For Women

Did you know that the one thing stopping you from losing weight is the one thing you have to get rid of first if you want to get rid of the pounds? I bet it’s not what you think.

Let’s be clear: What’s holding you back from having a body you love and admire is not a lack of skill in counting calories or carbs. On the contrary, focusing on the numbers as your guide may be contributing to the problem.

If, like so many women today, you struggle to lose weight and keep it off, the primary problem is this:

You have been taught to deprive your body.

Instead, the solution to feel great in your body and at peace with food, is paying attention to something completely different. It’s about getting on intimate terms with your female body and being honest about what truly feels good, and equally honest about what doesn’t feel good.

The way to feel incredible in your body is to tune in to your deepest desires and be willing to surrender to their call.

The truth is, you can have fun and lose weight simultaneously. Furthermore, you can feel good about who you are while you’re doing it. Never again should you deprive yourself of pleasure and self-love in the pursuit of weight loss.

This hogwash has gone on for far too long. It’s time for us women to stop engaging in masculine diets and regimes, and reclaim a more fun, sensual and feminine approach. Forget deprivation.

The secret to pleasurable weight loss begins and ends with delight!

So, my darling, if:

  • You’ve tried a slew of different diets and punishing exercises that added up to nothing
  • You’ve all but given up on weight loss because you tell yourself you don’t have the willpower to stick with popular programs that feel like torture to you
  • You want to eat whatever you want without counting another damn calorie, and
  • You want to lose weight in a pleasurable way, really and truly

… Then it’s time to join me in the feminine weight-loss revolution, a.k.a. the Pleasurable Weight Loss approach.

Here Are Some Tips for How to Begin

Tip #1. Don’t rush through the material on this website when you’re stressed out or busy at work. Don’t give yourself any deadlines with this process. Take your time. Explore, experiment. Have fun. This is not about making more work for yourself; it’s about delighting in the experience of play.

Tip #2. Don’t even think about whether or not this will work for you. Don’t go there. Just tell yourself, “It will.” I’m not going to insist, I’m simply going to remind you: You’re worth taking care of, and you’re worth treating yourself right.

Tip #3. Accept that it’s scary. Yes, it can be intimidating to start something new. Especially anything connected to the words “weight” and “loss.” Believe me, I’ve been there. But having made it to the other side, I can tell you: I’m having a blast. I look and feel great, I eat what I desire, and you can too.

I promise you that if you follow the Feminine Weight Loss approach, you won’t fail with weight loss.

This radically different path includes feeding your drive for pleasure instead of restricting it. What a concept! Enjoying yourself to lose weight!

It’s worked wonders for thousands of other women like you who’ve struggled with conventional (pointless) weight-loss advice that only set them in the completely wrong direction, leading them further away from their desired goal.

So get comfortable, relax and get ready to enjoy yourself. And please share with me, in the comments below, what excites you most about approaching weight loss in a way that delights rather than deprives the body. I look forward to hearing from you!

  1. Great post – I like the emphasis on psychology over mechanics. That’s where most women get tripped up.

I think another important thing to add to tip #1 is the importance of making incremental changes instead of trying to completely overhaul every eating and living habit all at once. Slow and steady makes sure you’ll stick to your plans instead of finding it too hard after a few weeks and giving up completely.
