VIDEO – How to Break Your New Year’s Resolutions Before Jan 1

You may know that I don’t believe in New Year’s Resolutions.

Here’s why.
Firstly, the word “resolution” sounds so darn resolute,
it reminds me of tightly pursed lips and knees that never
part! It makes me want to revolt against the stipulations,
not comply.

“Resolution” sounds like institution — what I’m looking for is inspiration.

Being “resolute” sounds stiff and fixed — what I want it to
be juicy and in the flow.

If you’re nodding your head, then I wouldn’t recommend
wasting your time or energy with them. Instead, I’m going
to tell you about something FAR, FAR better than resolutions,
that amps me up with excitement and inspiration.

Instead of New Year’s Resolutions, I call it New Year’s Eve
Dreams, meaning the dreams that I would like to have
brought into reality by December 31 of the coming New Year.
